7-1-15: CONTROL RESTS WITH MAYOR AND COUNCIL:
In all cases where this chapter places any discretion in the Director of Public Works or the City Clerk-Treasurer, such discretion shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor and Council. (1974 Code § 1-519)
