7-1-12: STATEMENTS:
   A.   Meters Read Monthly: All city water meters will be read by the city on a monthly basis.
   B.   Billing: The monthly water fee shall be part of the utility fee billed as provided hereafter in chapter 5 of this title. (Ord. 966, 10-22-2012)
