Should a person, corporation or legal entity desire to obtain city water service or to discontinue the use of city water, a request for such must be given to the city clerk-treasurer at city hall on such forms as the city shall provide. All required deposits and outstanding bills with the city shall be due and payable. (1974 Code § 1-510)
