A. Violation By Adult: Any adult person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1974 Code § 7-412; amd. 2010 Code)
B. Violation By Juvenile: Any juvenile found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed delinquent and shall be remanded to the custody of the court having jurisdiction in the county of Twin Falls, state of Idaho. (1974 Code § 7-412)
