Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of an infraction and shall be subject to penalty as provided in this Code. The cost of removal shall be in addition to any such fine imposed. After the ten (10) day notice has expired, each day of violation under this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense and punishable as the same. A penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs and fees shall be assessed for the first violation, two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus court costs and fees for the second violation, and three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus court costs and fees for the third and subsequent violations during the same calendar year.
