1133.11 WATER SYSTEM.

(1) All water systems shall comply with the standards in this Section as well as the regulations set forth in Chapter 937 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bryan.

(2) The water system shall be constructed so as to serve the entire development or subdivision.

(3) Each lot shall be provided with a connection to the City water system, water mains to be installed in accordance with the requirements of the State. The applicant shall supply a certificate of approval from the appropriate state agency.

(b) Fire Hydrants.

(1) The type of hydrant and control valves and the location of the hydrant in all subdivisions within the corporate limits shall be approved by the Chief of the Fire Department and the Director of Bryan Municipal Utilities.
