(a) Storm sewage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated storm sewers whenever such sewer is reasonably accessible to the property. Where no storm sewer is reasonable accessible, storm sewage may be discharged into open ditches, or upon the open ground. All discharge locations shall be at the approval of the City Engineer.
(b) Storm sewage from any site development or site improvement shall be detained on site with allowable discharge as per the City Engineer. Requirements shall be obtained from the Engineering Department prior to plan approval.
