1329.02 AMENDMENTS.

   The Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings as adopted herein is hereby changed in the following respects:

   (a)   Section R-113-Violations and Penalties (Amended). See Sections 1319.02 and 1319.03 for violations and penalties.

   (b)   Section R-112-Board of Appeal (Amended). All persons shall have the right to appeal the Zoning Administrator’s decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals.

   (c)   Section R-108-Permit Fees (Amended).   Permit fees shall be as prescribed by Council.
