1319.02 A PUBLIC NUISANCE VIOLATION.

Any building, structure, or part thereof, constructed, erected, altered, manufactured or repaired not in accordance with this Building Code shall be considered a violation of this Code, and such building, structure, or part thereof shall be considered a public nuisance.
