All sanitary sewer connections shall be plugged at the main when they are abandoned, and shall not be further used as a result of the razing of any structure, or otherwise.
The plugging of a sanitary sewer shall be the responsibility of the property owner, and shall be inspected by the City Engineer or an employee of the City Engineering Department before being covered, within the time set out in Section 925.10.
