278.02 SECRETARY.

(a) There is hereby created the position of Secretary to the Board of Ethics. Such Secretary shall be under the direct jurisdiction of the Chairman of the Board and shall not be in the classified service. The City Manager shall be responsible for the hiring of such Secretary.

(b) The Secretary of the Board of Ethics shall perform all duties assigned to her by the Chairman of the Board.
