278.01 MEMBERSHIP; RULES.

The Board of Ethics shall consist of three members who shall be residents of the City and appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of Council. Such members shall serve three-year terms, as provided in Section 6.06 of the City Charter. The Board shall select its own Chairman and set its own rules.
