§ 154.051 STREETS IN PROPOSED SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   All construction of streets associated with proposed subdivisions within the town shall meet the applicable provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Streets to be proposed for acceptance by the Town Council as public streets must meet all provisions of §§ 154.025 through 154.037.
   (C)   Streets that are to be private streets must meet all provisions of §§ 154.070 through 154.075.
