(A) For purposes of traffic and parking regulations, the following sections of streets are hereby designated and declared to be limited parking and loading zones.
(B) No vehicle shall be parked in the following designated limited parking or loading zones for longer than 15 minutes. However, this schedule shall control the parking in areas and zones designated therein only between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on all days except Sundays and legal holidays, and on proclamation of the Town Council. On Fridays, the designated hours shall be 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. When this schedule is not controlling parking as in this division provided, vehicles may be parked in these zones for an
unlimited length of time.
(C) No vehicle shall be parked on the west side of Elm Street between the intersection of Bridge Street and Highview Drive alongside the high school football stadium between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday when school is in session. There is hereby established a pedestrian walkway on that section of Elm Street during the days and hours specified. The Street Department shall place and maintain appropriate traffic markings and signage at that location.

(D) There shall be no overnight parking permitted in the parking lot of the Brownstown Park pool.
