(A) For purposes of parking and traffic regulations, the following sections of streets are hereby designated and declared to be one-hour parking zones, except where otherwise herein designated as limited parking and loading zones.
(B) No vehicle shall be parked in the following designated one-hour parking zones for longer than one hour. However, this schedule shall control the parking in areas and zones designated therein only between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on all days except Sundays and legal holidays, and on proclamation of the Town Council. On Fridays, the designated hours shall be 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. When this schedule is not controlling parking as in this division provided, vehicles may be parked in these zones for an unlimited length of time.
