§ 92.105 APPEAL FROM ORDERS.
   (A)   Any owner or occupant may appeal any order issued by the Fire Prevention Bureau pursuant to this chapter. The appeal shall be made in writing to the Chief of the Fire Department having jurisdiction within five (5) business days of receipt of the order.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall, within five (5) business days following receipt of the appeal made under division (A), either sustain or overrule the order of the Fire Prevention Chief. A written copy of the decisions shall be sent by certified mail to the appellant.
   (C)   Any owner or occupant may appeal the decision of the Fire Chief. The appeal shall be made in writing to the Board of Fire Commissioners when the decision was made by the Fire Chief, no later than ten (10) days following receipt of a decision issued pursuant to division (B).
   (D)   The Board of Fire Commissioners, within ten (10) days following receipt of the appeal under division (C), or a request for hearing under § 92.101, shall hold a hearing after which they shall sustain, modify, or override the decision of the Chief. A written copy of this decision shall be sent by certified mail to the appellant. This decision is final.
