No later than five (5) business days after the receipt of the inspection report determining a violation, the owner or occupant may file written objections to the report with the Fire Prevention Chief, who shall forward the same to the Fire Chief. No later than three (3) business days after the report, the Fire Chief shall either affirm or modify the report in writing and notify the objector. The objector may, within five (5) business days thereafter, request in writing a hearing before the Board of Fire Commissioners pursuant to § 92.105(D), or request a variance pursuant to § 92.102.
