719.08 FEES.

(a) Every application for a new adult use cannabis dispensary license shall be accompanied by a three hundred fifty dollar ($350.00) non-refundable application and investigation fee.

(b) Every application for renewal of an adult use cannabis dispensary license shall be accompanied by a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) nonrefundable application and investigation fee.
