1820.01 ADOPTION OF RULES.

(a) Pursuant to R.C. § 718.30, the City of Brook Park Council has the authority, by ordinance or resolution, to adopt rules to administer the income tax imposed by the City of Brook Park.

(b) All rules adopted under this chapter shall be published and posted on the internet.
