1803.45 TAX DIRECTOR.

(a) “Tax Director” means the individual charged with direct responsibility for administration of an income tax levied by City of Brook Park in accordance with Part 18. “Tax Director” does not include the state tax commissioner.

(b) “Tax Commissioner” means the Tax Commissioner appointed under R.C. § 121.03.
