1367.04 VACANT BUILDING.

If the building or structure on the property that is subject of foreclosure is a vacant building at the time the foreclosure complaint is filed or becomes a vacant building after the foreclosure complaint is filed then the person filing the foreclosure complaint shall comply with all requirements as prescribed in Chapter 1366 of the Codified Ordinances.
