942.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a program to study, assess, plan, establish, coordinate and oversee City policy regarding the identification, investigation, remediation and redevelopment of brownfields that is protective of the public health and environment, and supportive of the City's economic development.
