"Private snow removal firms, landscapers/lawn maintenance contractors or individuals" means any person, company, firm or corporation who engages in the act of removing, pushing, plowing snow and/or the maintenance and removal of turf (grass), shrubs and trees from a property other than the personal residence or business of such person, company, firm or corporation.
