(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of Mayor's Court Mediator.
(b) Duties. The Mediator shall perform those duties of a mediator, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. The Mediator must be duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio.
(c) Compensation. The salary of the Mediator shall be fixed by Council.
(d) Appointment. The Mediator shall be appointed by the Mayor and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
