The installation of storm water storage containers shall conform to the standards established by the City for such devices and shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and the Building Department to ensure that they are correctly installed. A permit is required to be obtained from the Building Department by the property owner or his or her agent for installation of the storm water storage container. A permit is required from the Building Department to remove a storm water storage container. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each permit set forth above.
