1357.01 DEFINITIONS.
   “Storm water storage container” means an above-ground or underground prefabricated or engineered storage receptacle with an automatic overflow diversion system that collects and stores storm water runoff from a roof of a structural design that would have been otherwise routed into a storm drain. These containers may include rain barrels and cisterns, or other receptacle approved by the City Engineer and Building Commissioner.
