759.08 JUDICIAL RELIEF.
   The City, or the complainant, or any person aggrieved by a violation of any provision of this chapter, may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief including, but not limited to:
   (a)   Injunctive relief of an order otherwise compelling compliance with this chapter;
   (b)   Compensatory damages, and/or punitive damages;
   (c)   Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs provided that such complainant, in the opinion of the court, is not financially able to assume such attorneys' fees; and/or
   (d)   Such other or further relief as is appropriate for the enforcement of this chapter and the elimination of violations thereof.
