740.04 VIOLATION.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person subject to the provisions hereof to refuse to keep or maintain a register as required by this chapter; or to fail or refuse to make such register available for inspection as required by this chapter; or otherwise violate or fail to comply with any other provision of this chapter; or for any registering guest to register using a false name.
