740.03 RETENTION REQUIREMENTS.

Every person who controls or operates an establishment listed in Section 740.02 shall also retain the register of guests, including all information required under Section 740.02 for three years and open it for inspection at any time the establishment is open for business upon the request of any police officer of the City.
