The Board of Review as established in Section 1725.01 is hereby authorized to hear appeals in any tax matter arising by reason of the levying of any tax or taxes by the City. Pursuant to the presentation by the Director of the Department of Taxation, the Board is also authorized to determine the status of accounts and authorize the Director to make the necessary record accounting transactions.
