1503.05 APPEAL TO COURT.
   The owner of any building who is ordered by the Chief of the Fire Department to install automatic sprinklers under the provisions of this chapter may, within ten days after the making or affirming of any such order by the Fire Chief, file a petition with a court having jurisdiction, praying for a review of such order. It shall be the duty of the court to hear the same within not less than five days nor more than ten days from the time the petition is fled, and to make such order relating to the premises as right and justice may require. The parties so appealing to the court Ethan file with the court within two days a bond in the amount to be fixed by the court, to be approved by the court, conditioned to pay all the costs of such appeal in case the appellant fails to sustain his appeal or the same is dismissed for any cause.
