Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City, for the purpose of providing a reasonably required degree of public safety, that certain code known as the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, being particularly the 1997 edition thereof, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association.
