1364.04 NOXIOUS ODORS; RODENT OR INSECT INFESTATION.

Compost piles shall be maintained in a manner so as not to cause excessive offensive or noxious odors or to contain anything that would contribute to rodent or insect infestation, according to the County Board of Health.
