An "industrialized building" includes residential, and means one that is completely assembled or assembled in completed sections, that need only to be joined together upon the site, and in which the plumbing, heating and electrical installations are complete and installed, and on which all interior wall surfaces are completely installed except for painting or the application of wall covering.
