1347.03 TEMPORARY FENCING OF FOUNDATION EXCAVATIONS.

It is hereby ordered that any owner of property within the corporate limits of the City who permits an open ditch or excavation of any type to be so maintained overnight, must erect a temporary fence, at least six feet high around such open ditch or excavation.
