(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a house moving violation, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(b) Whoever is convicted of a misdemeanor pursuant to this chapter, shall be imprisoned for a definite term, or fined, or both, which term of imprisonment and fine shall be fixed by the court as provided in this section.
(c) Terms of imprisonment for a misdemeanor of the first degree shall be imposed for not more than six months.
(d) Fines for a misdemeanor of the first degree shall be imposed for not more than one thousand dollars ($1000).
