1339.02 BOND AND INSURANCE FOR MOVING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
    When moving any building or structure within the City does not require passage over any highway, street, avenue, alley, sidewalk or public ground open to the use of the public, the mover shall post with the Building Inspector a bond approved by the Director of Law and executed by the mover, as principal, and a surety company authorized to do business in the State, as surety, in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000). The bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful and prompt performance of the moving of the building as described in the application. In addition, the mover shall file with the inspector a policy of insurance or a certificate of same issued by a company authorized to do business in the State, which shall fully indemnify the City from any liability incurred in connection with or arising out of the moving of the building or structure for which the permit was secured.
