1337.06 INSPECTIONS; SANITARY CONDITION.

Any underground shelter shall, at all reasonable times, be subject to the inspection and supervision by Chiefs of the Police and Fire Departments and the Building Inspector. Any underground shelter shall always be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
