1337.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION.

Before constructing any underground shelter, a building permit shall first be obtained from the Building Inspector, and all construction work shall be under his supervision and inspection.

All provisions of the City Building Code shall apply to such construction insofar as the same are applicable thereto.
