(a) The months of June, July and August, 2000, and every year thereafter, until duly changed by Council, are hereby designated Home Improvement Months in the City of Brook Park.
(b) The action of the City's administration is hereby ratified in providing for a waiver of fees for building permits for residential improvement and maintenance projects on three-family, two-family and one-family homes in the City of Brook Park during the months of June, July and August, 2000, and every year thereafter until duly changed by Council.
(c) The Director of Public Safety is hereby designated as the administrative official who shall promulgate the issuance of rules and regulations for the implementation of this program. Said rules and regulations are attached to original Resolution 11-2000, passed May 16, 2000, marked Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein.
