The Building Commissioner shall have forty-eight working hours in which to review plans and/or specifications for any type of construction not regulated by the Ohio Basic Building Code and requiring a permit within the City before he shall be required to issue a permit for such construction. The Plan Examiner or Alternate Plan Examiner will begin the review of all construction plans regulated by the Ohio Basic Building Code within twenty- four working hours after receiving the plans and will recommend to the Building Commissioner, either the issuance or refusal of permits required for the construction. The review time for construction plans regulated by the Ohio Basic Building Code will vary depending on the complexity of the problem.
