Upon being satisfied that the applicant is qualified and able to satisfactorily do the work for which a registration is applied, the Building Commissioner shall issue a registration to the applicant upon the payment of a fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00). The registration shall expire on December 31 of the year of issue and may be renewed annually thereafter upon the payment of an annual renewal fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00).
