Wherever used in the Ohio Basic Building Code, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "Municipal Corporation" means the City.
(b) "Building Official" means the Building Commissioner of the City except in references to inspection and approval of plans where the term "Building Official" means the Plan Examiner for the City.
(c) "Local Board of Building Appeals" means the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals of the City.
