(a) Title. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Brook Park Condominium Ordinance.
(b) Purpose. It is the purpose of this chapter and the policy of the City to establish standards and regulations for all future condominium and conversion condominium developments within the City in order to protect the tenants of rental units designated for condominium conversion and the purchasers of condominium units, conversion or otherwise, and also to encourage the maintenance and improvement of the housing in the City.
