1111.16 CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION; MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENT FEE DEPOSIT.

The construction of the improvements required under this chapter shall be under the general supervision of the City Engineer and in accordance with his directions. The fee for investigation of plans for street improvements may be required to be maintained at its initial level to cover the cost of the supervision herein required.
