Profiles shall be submitted of all streets offered in dedication, which shall be drawn on tracing cloth to a scale of one inch equals fifty feet horizontally and five feet vertically, and shall show the normal ground elevations and the proposed grade line. When, in the judgment of Council, cross sections of such streets and additional topographical data are desirable, they shall be supplied as a part of the request for approval of plans submitted.
