935.02 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF ARBORIST.
   The City Arborist is given full jurisdiction, authority, control, supervision, and direction over all trees which now or which may hereafter exist upon any public or private property, whenever such trees constitute a menace or nuisance to the public health, safety or welfare. The Arborist also shall have full jurisdiction, authority and control in connection with the issuing of the permits provided for herein. In exercise of any or all of the powers of the Arborist, such person shall have the authority to delegate all or part of the powers and duties of the position to such assistants or subordinates as may from time to time be necessary.
