Monies received from the collection of the sewer service or rental charge authorized by this chapter shall be deposited weekly with the City Auditor, who shall keep a separate and distinct fund and account to be known as "The Sewer Rental Fund". When appropriated by Council, such funds shall be available for the payment of the cost and expense of the management, maintenance, operation, testing, cleaning, enlargement, replacement or extension of the sewerage system to unsewered areas, reconstruction and repair of such sewerage system and/or the construction and reconstruction of sewage pumping treatment and disposal works or pursuant to Ohio R. C. 729.52 providing for the distribution of funds derived from sewer rentals.
