917.04 CONNECTION PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.
   No building sewer shall be constructed to connect with a public sanitary sewer, nor shall any connection be made to a public sanitary sewer within the City until a permit from the Service Director has been obtained by the person, firm or corporation employed to perform the work. An application for a permit shall be signed by the owner, agent or lessee of the property for which the connection is to be made and by the person, firm or corporation employed to perform the work, and must describe the property for which the connection is desired. The application shall be accompanied by a permit fee in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) to cover the cost of supervision and inspection.
