916.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Brook Park shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The City of Brook Park may contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, or with other agencies/consultants/contractors to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
